My name is Jessica. I want to personally welcome you to my blog.
My goal for this site is to create a one stop shop for all things Keto.
I have been following the Keto plan for about 3 months now and have learned SO much along the way. My hope is to collect all of the information I learn into one central place to help you in your Keto journey. My posts will include:
- Easy to follow recipes: – I work full time and have a 4 year old daughter at home that takes up 200% of my attention. I have zero time to cook extravagant meals. My goal for this site is to locate and post AWESOME recipes that have less that 5 ingredients and take less than 30 minutes to make. If it doesn’t taste FANTASTIC, I won’t be posting it. 🙂
- Exercise Info: Even though you can technically lose weight on Keto without a whole lot of excercise, I find that regular exercise does so much more than just help you lose weight. For me, exercise is my way to relieve stress so I don’t punch someone in the face. 🙂 J/K. I would never actually do that, but I do think about it. Hehe.
- Meal Plans: While starting my Keto journey I was surprised at the lack of “real food” menu plans. Everything seemed to include some fancy ingredient that tasted gross or was super expensive. My aim here is to make sure the meals I post are real foods that you can find in any grocery store. If I find a special ingredient that is worth posting I will post it. Typically if it isn’t sold at the local grocery store I won’t be using it. I am also really weird about food textures – if it is gritty or strange in anyway I will try my best to fix it or not post it. I hate weird texture foods.
- Random Stuff: I tend to go off on tangents. You may see some of that stuff here. I will try to keep it related to Keto and exercise but I can’t promise anything 🙂
