Day 1 of the 12 Week Workout Program complete. I did my first week 1- upper body workout last night. I started with 8lbs weights just to get an idea of where I am. 8lbs was super easy. I know you are supposed to lift heavy enough to almost not make it through your entire 3 sets so I am going to try 12 lbs next time. Tonight is lower body. I really want to focus on my squat and lounge form. I would rather do 5 perfect form lounges than 20 with bad form. The whole upper body set only took me about 20 or so minutes and I felt awesome afterwards. Yay! Tone and fit body here I come!
